Our mailing bags are produced from a bi-product of sugar cane, and grown on reclaimed waste land and therefore having no impact on the rainforest, our eco mailing bags are fully recyclable, use no fossil fuels and are produced from the greenest material on the market.


Using sugar cane rather than oil in the process of photosynthesis makes it ‘GREEN’ by its very nature and due to it being 100% recyclable material it can be fed back into the recycling stream. Alternatives such as OXY or Biodegradable alternatives cannot be recycled and simply just degrade into small pieces which eventually could lead to them becoming banned in Europe within coming years.

We are pleased to offer this fantastic packaging at NO EXTRA COST to our customers, as our shipping rates are in line with our market competitors!


We offer customers the choice of holding fabric in a "fabric safe". This is a great way to save money on postage. Simply ADD your fabric to your safe at the checkout. Every subsequent order you make can also be added to your fabric safe and will be held all together for you. Once you are ready for it to be shipped to you, please purchase the "SHIP MY FABRIC" listing found here:
we will then ship your order to you using DHL.


Due to the current covid situation, our turnaround time has been increased to a maximum of 4 working days. Please allow for this plus delivery time for your orders to arrive.



Fabrics - As our fabrics are cut to order, we do not accept a return unless it is faulty.

Haberdashery - This can be returned within 14 days of your purchase, providing items are in their original condition, with all packaging intact.

* Once your item has been received by us, we will issue you with your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for this to appear in your account.

*Return postage costs will only be returned if the item is faulty or the error is with ourselves.
